Garden House
Nested in the middle of our agroforestry system, the Garden House is surrounded by flowers and food-producing gardens, all attracting precious birds and other rare wildlife. Lounge in the common area while reading a book from our library, all while enjoying the stay in one of the 3 rooms all set with 2 single beds or in the more spacious Venus room, with 1 Queen-size bed.

This beautiful home extends through the gardens with beautiful pathways that lead to the outdoor showers and Vietnamese-style composting toilets. The Garden House can host up to 9 people.
The Shala Cabins
A perfect harmony between eco-friendly and modern. Large glass panels, great views of the jungle and carefully detailed rooms. A five-minute walk from the community complex, these cabins are designed to welcome abundant natural light and create a peaceful space between you and the wild.
Each Cabin has a private walk-in bathroom with hot shower. The Shala Cabins are really spacious and are perfect for those who are looking to treat themselves to a little eco luxury whilst being on an awesome permaculture farm.
The Primis
A cozy cabin conveniently located at the entrance of the property, with immediate road access. It hosts a comfortable queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, a lightful & modern walk-in rain shower, flushing toilet, and a covered porch.

This is the perfect eco luxury cabin if you have rented a car and are looking for a very accessible off-the-grid stay.
Aya
A private, quiet retreat in the jungle, nestled in the trees overlooking a hill. Immerse yourself in the cool breeze surrounded by rainforest leaves with modern, luxurious boho-chic amenities. Included in this spacious one-bedroom apartment is a separate kitchen and living room with a pull-out queen sofa, and a large king-sized owner's bedroom. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a hot shower as well as a private deck overlooking the rainforest with beautiful landscaping. The Aya is spacious and perfect for anyone wanting a jungle experience with luxury, privacy, and space.
Coco
This BEAUTIFUL home is located in the Sattva highlands and is close to both the natural pool and restaurant. Imagine waking up surrounded by lush jungle, with hummingbirds and butterflies coming to your window to greet you. You drink your coffee and eat your breakfast on the porch and listen to the birds, and then you step out to the surrounding tropical, lush private gardens in the front and side of the house. The design of the house is awe-inspiring — from the large windows to the gorgeous wood detailing on the floor and ceiling, along with a spacious and luxurious designer kitchen.
The main floor has a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds, and an office that doubles as a guest room with a full-sized daybed. The Coco House easily sleeps 8.
With beautiful lounging spaces including a big living room and screened-in patio there is more than enough room to soak in jungle vibes and relax in luxury
Il Castello
Il Castello, a unique jungle castle, is an impressive complex consisting of the original Stone House and turret, outdoor bathroom/shower, a detached dedicated office space that converts to a sleeping space, and a brand new modern addition with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and spacious living/dining areas. Il Castello combines the charm of old world stone masonry and natural wood combined with modern comforts such as a smart tv and laundry facilities for longer-term rentals.
Tuscan House
Feel at home in this beautiful Tuscan-style villa surrounded by lush green and colorful gardens. With gorgeous outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings and be serenaded by the Jungle sounds.
Inside we have exposed wooden beams throughout the house with inviting ambience arriving to the beautiful spacious
Kitchen with an oversized wooden Island, handcrafted by our very own in-house carpenters. One bedroom is located upstairs with a 360 view of the Mountains and Jungle, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with hot shower. Downstairs you will find a second bedroom with access to it own bathroom and hot Shower. This stunning home is an Italian dream merging with a powerful jungle experience... truly one of its kind in the country.
Our kitchen offers daily delicious meals.
Lunch is US$18 and dinner is US$25.
Snacks, smoothies, coffee, and tea are available for purchase at the Pool Café.

**Cancellation Policy**
A deposit is taken at the time of booking. 24 hrs after booking, this deposit becomes non-refundable. Within 7 days of the start of the booking, any changes or cancellations will incur the full charge of the original booking.
